Outpatient Treatment Services
We provide a calming, structured setting to help clients work toward overcoming symptoms of mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance-use-disorder concerns.
We coordinate care across a spectrum of services to help clients feel healthy, safe, and secure. We also help with housing, employment, tackling social isolation and building a sense of community.
No one understands your struggle better than someone who has been through it themselves. The shared experiences of our Peer employees help to guide our clients through their recovery journey with compassion and a unique understanding.
“It’s good for people that do feel alone. Because we aren’t really alone, just lonely at times. When you have someone to listen to you and talk to you, it’s easy, and that’s what Liberty offered me.”
