Mental Health Outpatient Services
Liberty Resources’ provides outpatient mental health services to children, adults and families. Our services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management (including injectable medication), and case management. Crisis-intervention services and 24/7 crisis support are also available to our clients.
Substance Use Outpatient Services
Every person deserves the chance to heal themselves, repair their relationships, rejoin their communities and restore balance to their lives. Our team is here to guide you, empower you and share the hope of a better future.
Primary Care
We believe that everyone deserves high-quality medical care that is easily accessible and well coordinated. We provide Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health and Reproductive Health services.
On-site Genoa Pharmacy
In Syracuse, we have partnered with Genoa Healthcare to provide a full service, on-site pharmacy. The ability to walk from an appointment directly to the on-site pharmacy is invaluable.
Care Coordination
Many patients are able to connect with a Care Coordinator who can help with accessing the right care as well as providing advocacy and support.
Telehealth
Our Telehealth Counseling and Psychiatry services provide easy access to important mental health treatments, such as medication management with a licensed Psychiatrist and mental health and substance use treatment with licensed clinicians.
