A Better Approach To Care
One in five Americans live with disabilities—making them the largest minority group in the nation. We believe that it’s their right to decide how their lives are lived and how their services are provided. Our programs focus on prevention, social inclusion, building trust, and achieving independence.
What to expect.
Your Needs, Your Goals
We work with you and your support system to map a way forward that addresses your needs and guides you toward greater independence.
360-degree whole-health care
Our approach links physical, social, emotional, and mental health with a multidisciplinary treatment team integrating services across a full spectrum of care. We ensure that no aspect of your overall health is neglected.
Advancing your priorities
We are dedicated to fighting stigma, advancing opportunities, and providing whole-health support to people living with disabilities.
You set the pace
We evolve with you.
We support you every step of the way—adapting and improving your plan as we go. We work for you wherever you are in life.
Quality care within your means.
No matter your financial circumstances – dignity, care, and respect are all here for you.
We bring together a broad spectrum of disciplines to provide the specific level of care that meets your self-defined needs.
We provide resources and support directly to people living with functional disabilities and to their families. And we work with businesses, employers, and the community at large to be inclusive and accessible.
Vision-Loss & Hearing Loss Services
People of all ages with vision or hearing loss receive the tools, training and support needed to improve personal functioning and maintain independence. We partner with AURORA of CNY, Inc. to deliver services that ensure equal opportunity and over well-being. This includes advocacy and applying best practices for access to medical care, education, employment and full participation in the community at large.
Early-Childhood Evaluation & Therapy
We focus on communication, social and emotional skill, and functional behaviors to help improve the development and well-being of children from birth to age 5, preparing them for what comes next in life.
