Early Childhood

It is not uncommon for children to need additional support to help with social skills, emotional skills, and mental health during their formative years. The first years of a child’s life are a period of rapid growth and development. When developmental delays are addressed during these early years, children are better prepared to realize their true potential.
Diagnostic & Pediatric Therapy

Liberty POST, a division of Liberty Resources, provides early-childhood evaluations for your child as well as occupational, physical, speech, and music therapies, special education, nutrition, audiology services, and care coordination—all of which help children and families along the path to achieving their fullest potential.

Mental Health Services

Our multidisciplinary team includes social workers, marriage and family therapists, licensed mental health counselors, psychiatrists/nurse practitioners, and registered nurses—all of whom support children and families through child-directed play and evidence-based treatment.

Vision & Hearing Loss Services

We help people with vision loss and hearing loss access education and quality medical support that are appropriate for their age and level of impairment.  We provide audiology services through Liberty POST. We also partner with AURORA of CNY to provide services that promote independence and equal opportunity.

It’s important to find the right care.

Our child-directed play therapies and care coordination focus on the strengths of your child and your family. We provide services such as mental health therapy, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, assistive technology, and more—depending on what your child needs to flourish.

What to expect.

“When Maddox was born, our doctors never expected him to be a normal child that walks, runs, jumps, communicates, feeds himself, drinks from a cup, or plays with toys. Liberty POST taught us not to limit our expectations for our son and realize that he is capable of doing so much more than we ever imagined.”
