The purpose of the program is to assist tenants with successfully transitioning into permanent housing. Liberty Resources currently operates seven Permanent Supportive Housing apartments in Madison County. All apartments are fully furnished and move in ready. To be eligible for services, individuals and/or families must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a documented substance use disorder

Program staff, either directly or through linkages, assists tenants with accessing resources that will enhance their ability to secure employment, including educational opportunities, job readiness skills, vocational training, and employment placement and retention. Apartments are turnkey and all tenants have the option to take over responsibility of the lease where they are residing when it is determined Permanent Supportive Housing services are no longer needed.
