Aftercare Services (ACS) is the family reunification component of the Liberty Resources Family Services offered to the Nueces County, Texas, Juvenile Probation Department.
The Children’s Mental Health HCBS Waiver Program serves children with complex, significant mental health needs in their homes and communities, thereby decreasing the need for placement to intermediate psychiatric inpatient and residential treatment facility levels of care.
The Liberty Resources Help Restore Hope Center (formerly known as Victims of Violence or VOV) provides free and confidential services to those affected by sexual assault, domestic violence or other violent crimes in Madison County and surrounding communities. Services are available to all victims and their family, regardless of when the abuse or crime occurred
The Chenango County Family Intervention Program provides comprehensive home-based intervention services to families that have been identified as being at-risk for family disruption as a result of child welfare issues.
The Family Reunification Program provides comprehensive home-based intervention to families with children that have been placed in an institutional level of care. The purpose of the program is to reunite these children with their families, and provide the necessary services that will support families in preventing re-placement of their children and in maintaining long-term stability.
The Family Support Services Program provides outpatient therapeutic treatment to children and families involved with Tompkins County’s Department of Child and Family Services.
The Cayuga County Mobile Crisis project is another new OMH-funded Liberty Resources endeavor that provides an immediate, comprehensive response to Cayuga County residents in crisis situations, using a multidisciplinary team approach provided by a crisis response team consisting of a licensed clinician, a case manager, and a peer specialist.
MST is a behavioral based community program that works intensively with any family that has a child from ages 12-17 who is currently at risk of out-of-home placement. The program’s primary goal is to decrease a youth’s involvement with the juvenile justice system through addressing behaviors that may range from truancy, substance abuse, criminal activity, or other common antisocial behaviors.
Oswego Preventive Services is a program that is designed to work with Oswego County families that have youth at risk of possible placement due to issues related to PINS or JD behaviors.
The Placement Diversion Program provides comprehensive home-based intervention services to families who have children that are at-risk of out-of-home placement. The primary purpose of the program is to identify and intervene in the patterns of family behavior resulted in a PINS petition, Family Court involvement or Preventive Services.
Placement Diversion / Family Reunification Program (PD/FRP) is the family reunification component of the Liberty Resources Family Services offered to the Fannin, Bee, Lamar, Angelina, Cherokee, Val Verde & Nacogdoches Counties Juvenile Probation Department in Texas.
The Placement Diversion/Family Reunification Program provides comprehensive home-based intervention to families who have children that are at-risk of out-of-home placement or families that have children who have been placed in an institutional level of care.
Strengthen Families (SF) is a program branch that Liberty Resources Family Services offers in Webb County through the Juvenile Probation Department in Texas. The program provides comprehensive home-based intervention to families with children that are referred from the probation department as a result of juvenile offenses in the community.
Supports for Employment serves individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, visual impairments and traumatic brain injury, functioning as an employment agency that provides job opportunities and development in several counties including Onondaga, Madison and Oswego.
