Registered Nurse – Developmental Disabilities

This position offers an amazing quality of life for our potential nurses. The position is Monday through Friday with no on-call. Some of the essential responsibilities include:

  • Performing on-site visits and consultations with individuals and/or staff to determine the individual’s current health status
  • Providing medical crisis intervention/counseling
  • Completing evaluations, medication reviews, and care plans, reviews and progress reports
  • Providing education and training to individuals and staff in health-related topics
  • Supervising, conducting, and documenting staff medication administration training
  • Conducts staff training’s in areas of infection control, CPR and First Aid.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse from an accredited college or school of nursing.  One year experience as an RN, preferably working with people who are developmentally disabled.  Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Registered Nurse – Integrated Health Care

Liberty Resources Integrated Health Care’s Family Health Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the primary care staff (physician, NPs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants) to deliver patient centered care and support clinic operations. Integrated Health Care is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of primary care and mental health professionals, including social workers, marriage and family therapists, licensed mental health counselors, psychiatrists/nurse practitioners and registered nurses.

Qualifications:  Current NYS Licensure required.  Associates Degree in nursing with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

LPN – Integrated Health Care

The Licensed Practical Nurse will function as a member the Integrated Health Care Clinical Team in assisting with a full range of nursing/medical services for clients. Under the direction of the registered professional nurse, the LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of health teaching, and provision of supportive and restorative care.
