Congratulations to 2015 Liberty Resources Values in Practice award recipient Michelle Walker.

The Values in Practice (VIP) Award is given annually to an employee who is considered a role model that exemplifies “Liberty Values:” excellence, integrity, diversity, self-determination, service, innovation, and fiscal responsibility.

Michelle strives to provide the very best to the team she supervises, as well as the clients serviced. She maintains comprehensive knowledge on all cases and provides consistent guidance to all direct staff.

Michelle is currently a CQI Analyst, and previously had been Clinical Supervisor for the Oswego Preventive Services program.  She has worked for Liberty since September 1996.  “Michelle follows through with all Liberty Resources policies and procedures and conveys this to the personnel she works with,” states Donna Carini, Family Services Director at Liberty Resources. “Michelle demonstrates excellence in all that she does.”

“Michelle has worked at Liberty Resources for nearly 20 years. We honor her for her service, excellence and responsibility, and for putting all of our values into practice every day,” adds Kortney Dale, Vice President of Family Services at Liberty Resources. “Congratulations, Michelle!”
